Joomcrm scans the incoming mailbox to find mails involving Joomcrm's contact. When found, they are transformed in note and the note is attached to the company the contact belongs to. This is a really nice feature !

However I have the following questions:
- Most often, the mail is related to a deal and can we attach the corresponding note to a deal ?
- Mail Transformation : sometime html mail includes base64 data for inline pictures. These data reduces the readability (several pages of unreadable date), sometime they make the company page stuck. Shouldn't we remove them when transforming the mail into note ?
