Hi I wonder if you can use JoomSMS to validate a mobile number with a token url link so user can start a Joomla/EasySocial reg process? 
That would validate that you can use only one phone number/email to your user account and prevent spammers bcs every user profile need a mobile to register on the site..

JoomSMS support mobile phone validation using sms on Joomla user registration and virtuemart registration for now.
