Let's eliminate the bugs! If you discover errors in our software, please let us know immediately. We would love to fix them. Provide as many details as possible. Help us fight with the bugs,  before they take over! However, if the error are from other third party's software, you are advised to contact them yourself.

Please be specific and in detail as much as possible. The more detail, the faster you get resolved. Provide a description including the steps required to reproduce your issue. Please don't be too general: "My photos disappear" or "I was able to do it but now I can't" These will make a slow progress for us to help you. Elaborate descriptions including screenshots will be even better.

Sometimes it comes from us, while some it doesn't. When different extensions are working together, there's a strong possibility of something getting broken. No promises, but we will do our best. What we can do is at least to identify the source of the problem. The rest will be up to you and the corrupted part owner.

Unfortunately, there's not so much we can assist you. Your best options are to 1) work it out through your hosting provider or 2) switch hosting providers. Go check with the provider, if the problem is not up-to-date on hosting's server set-ups or not follow the qualified standard.
