To start, open a web browser such as (Google Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer), and navigate to your Joomla website (which already has JoomCRM installed).
Note: If the menu item or link to the JoomCRM Dashboard does not exist on the front-end of your website, please click the Using the Back-end Guide link for step by step instructions on how to do so before proceeding.
After navigating to the homepage of your website, click on the "JoomCRM Dashboard" menu item. To login, enter the username and password of your JoomCRM user and click the "Log in" button.
After logging into JoomCRM, you will be redirected to your Joomla "Profile" page (not to be confused with your JoomCRM profile page which will be discussed later). By clicking the "Edit Profile" button you can change your Name, Password, Email Address, Editor type, Timezone, and Frontend Language for your Joomla account. If you chose to edit your profile, click the "Submit" button. Then, click the "JoomCRM Dashboard" menu item and you will be redirected to the JoomCRM Dashboard page.
