Creating menu items for frontend

In this we have two layout at frontend which is as follow:

  • Support Team Ticket ⇒​  Layout for support team 
  • Ticket Listing ⇒​ Layout for users
  • Dashboard ⇒ Display dashboard of tickets

Step: 1  Go to Administrator and click on ​ "Menus ­> Add New Menu Item",  Now select the ​Menu Item Type.  and you will get an popup as bellow

Here you can select any layout as your wish.
