In order to display current logged user personal messages list, you need attach JoomPMS view to a menu item.
Go to Administrator and click on "Menus > Add New Menu Item", enter menu title like "My PMS" then click on select the Menu Item Type. and you will get an popup as bellow
Select JoomPMS type, then save and go to frontend and check your menu item.
