Trust your visitors and registered or not and moderate submissions (or not!), JoomRecipe comes with a built-in moderation system you can activate or not.
Terminology
- Auto-publish: Whether or not the newly created or modified recipe will be published
- Auto-validate: Whether or not the newly created or modified recipe will be validated
Note: To be displayed, a recipe must be published and validated.
Validation & Publishing Options
By default, Auto Publish is set to On while Auto Validate is set to Off. You can update these settings in JoomRecipe Options
Components > JoomRecipe > Options > Recipe edition tab
Info: Recipes can be filtered by status in recipe backend screen.
Email Notification options are also available:
- Notify Admin on create: if set, JoomRecipe will send an email to the site admin stating a new recipe has been submitted.
- Notify User on validate: if set, JoomRecipe will send an email to recipe author when moderator validated the recipe.
