The time tracking overview shows a summary of the time estimated, spent, and money earned on the currently active project. It also lists each individual time record that was created to which you have viewing access. Viewing access is determined by the groups that have been selected in the permissions tab for each record.
Navigation
At the top of the page is the nagivation where you can create a new time records (assuming you have permission to do so), perform bulk actions if any of the list checkboxes are selected, and filter the shown data by searching, selecting an author or task. The author and task filters will only appear if you have when you have an active project, which can be selected next to the filter button.
Clicking on a task title in the list will redirect you to the details page where you can see all the information about the item, including attachments and comments.
Project summary
When you have an active project selected, a summary will appear below the navigation. The first block on the left shows the total amount of time spent on the project, and the estimated time to complete all tasks, which is the sum of estimated time entered for each task.
The second block in the middle shows how much of the total time spent is billable and not billable. The third block to the right shows the amount of money that is billable, and the estimated total money required to complete all tasks. The total estimate is calculated from the tasks estimated time and hourly rate.
Context Menu
The context menu button (indicated by the down arrow symbol) next to each record in the list allows you to edit or trash the item, if you have the permission.
Progress bar
Each time record in the list has a progress bar which indicates how much time the record is taking up of the estimated time of the task. If the time spent exceeds the estimate, it will not go beyond 100%. A green bar means that the record is billable. A blue bar means that it is not billable.
Totals
Below the list is a a summary of the time spent and billable for the currently shown records - It does not reflect the overall total of the project!
