The JoomProject Designs extension is a great way for you and your team to share, discuss and review images of all sorts. These images could be anything you can think of. For example designs for a new website, schematic diagrams, sketches, etc.
To help you organise your images within a project, you can create albums which act as categories for the different types or areas that you are working on. For example, if you're making a website for a client, you may have different albums for the sub-parts of the site: Landing page, Shop and Article Content.
And finally, you can create revisions of each design. These revisions are meant to be refinements of the original, not something completely new. Each design and revision can then be discussed, approved or declined by your co-workers and clients.
Technical Requirements
JoomProject Designs generates new images from the files that you upload. This process may require a lot of system memory, depending on the size and format of the files that you are uploading. If you plan on managing photos taken from a high quality camera for example, be sure to have more than 100MB of RAM available. Using Designs on a cheap, shared hosting account, is therefore not advised.
