There are 5 menu items that you can create for the site frontend. When you first install Designs, a menu item displaying the design overview is already created for you in the JoomProject menu. The following menu item types are available:
Album Overview
This view displays all the albums that the current user has access to. Each album shows a preview of the design that are associated with it.
Design Overview
This view displays the designs that the current user has access to. The displayed image is either the original design, or the latest revision of the design, depending on the configuration.
Single Design
This view shows a design in full detail, including all its revisions. On this page, users can also approve or decline the design or revision that they are currently viewing. And they can also upload revisions here. Creating this menu item is only useful if you want to separately display a specific design. Normally, having a menu item for the design overview is enough.
Create Album
This view shows a form that allows you to create or edit albums in the frontend. If you create this menu item, you must also have a menu item for the Album Overview.
Upload Design
This view shows a form where you can create or edit designs. If you create this menu item, you must also have a menu item for the Design Overview.
Menu Item Parameters
There are a number of configuration settings which let you control the look of the Album Overview, Design Overview and Single Design view under the "Advanced Options" tab in the menu item manager. These settings will default back to the Designs extension configuration if you dont change them.
