The design overview shows all the designs you have viewing access to. This is the default view and is automatically created when installing Designs.
Navigation
At the top of the page is the nagivation where you can upload new designs (assuming you have permission to do so), perform bulk actions if any of the list checkboxes are selected, and filter the shown data by searching, selecting an album, author, label, or publishing state.
The publishing state filter will only appear if you have permission to edit, or edit the state of any design. The album, author and label filters are only visible when you have an active project - which can be selected next to the search button.
Clicking on a design title or preview image leads you to the details page where you can see all the information about the item, including revisions and comments.
Context Menu
The context menu button (indicated by the down-arrow symbol) allows you to edit or trash the design. Additionally, you can download the original design file, or the all files (which includes the revisions). Note that the option to download all files will only appear if PHP is compiled with the ZipArchive module.
Re-Ordering Items
When you have an active project selected, you can re-order designs by dragging them and then dropping them again at the desired location. Note that the order is relative to the album they are assigned to. Although not required, you should therefore filter the list by album before re-ordering.
