Assuming you have created a menu item for the album overview, this page shows all the albums you currently have access to. Each album previews some of the designs which are assigned to the album.
Navigation
At the top of the page is the nagivation where you can create a new albums (assuming you have permission to do so), perform bulk actions if any of the album checkboxes are selected, and filter the shown data by searching, or by selecting a publishing state or author.
The publishing state filter will only appear if you have permission to edit, or edit the state of any album. Additionally, the navigation bar allows you to change the currently active project, which defines whether you get to see all albums (if none is active), or only those that belong to the selected project. The author filter will only appear if you have a project selected.
Clicking on an album title will lead you to the designs overview, filtering the design results by the corresponding album and project of the album. Clicking on any of the preview images will lead to the design item view, where you can also see all the revisions of that particular item.
Sorting Albums
You can re-arrange the order in which the albums are displayed by hold-clicking either an album title or preview image, and then drag it to its new location. This feature is only enabled if you have a project selected, and if the current sorting order is set to "Ordering", at the bottom of the page.
