At the top of the JoomCRM Dashboard, navigate to the JoomCRM menu and click "Goals". This web page will allow you to see an overview of all of your goals as well as your progress towards completing them. To create a goal, simply click on the type of goal you wish to create, fill out the goal's information, then click the Add button. To delete a goal, select the "Delete Goals" button, then delete the goal that you no longer wish to have. Note: After creating goal(s), it will look similar to the screenshot below.
Note: After clicking the "Add Goal" button, a new web page will appear titled "Goals". On this page, you can choose the type of goal that you wish to create such as "Win More Money", "Win More Deals", "Move Deals Forward" etc. Alternatively, if you have not created any goals before or if all of your goals are deleted, the screenshot below is what the Goals (tab) will look like by default.
Win More
If you click the "Win More $" link, it will open a web page where you can create a "Win More" Money goal. The goal is "I want" (either a Company, Manager, User, or Team, etc) to sell (X amount) of new business (this week, next week, this month, etc). Then, in the "Name Your Goal" text box, enter the goal's name. For "Create a Leaderboard" select the checkbox if you would like to create a leaderboard or leave it unchecked if you do not wish to create one. Once finished, click the "Add" button if you wish to save the goal.
Win More Deals
If you click the "Win More Deals" link, it will open a web page where you can create a "Win More Deals" goal. The goal is "I want" (either a Company, Manager, User, or Team, etc) to win (X amount) of new deals (this week, next week, this month, etc). Then, in the "Name Your Goal" text box, enter the goal's name. For "Create a Leaderboard" select the checkbox if you would like to create a leaderboard or leave it unchecked if you do not wish to create one. Once finished, click the "Add" button if you wish to save the goal.
Move Deals Forward
If you click the "Move Deals Forward" link, it will open a web page where you can create a "Move Deals Forward" goal.The goal is "I want" (either a Company, Manager, User, or Team, etc) to move (X amount) of deals forward to the (Qualified Lead, Request For Info, Presentation, Negotiation, Won or Lost) stage (this week, next week, this month, etc).Then, in the "Name Your Goal" text box, enter the goal's name. For "Create a Leaderboard" select the checkbox if you would like to create a leaderboard or leave it unchecked if you do not wish to create one. Once finished, click the "Add" button if you wish to save the goal.
Complete More Tasks
If you click the "Complete More Tasks" link, it will open a web page where you can create a "Complete More Tasks" goal. The goal is "I want" (either a Company, Manager, User, or Team, etc) to complete (X amount) of tasks of type (Any, Call, Milestone, Appointment, Email, Todo, Fax) (this week, next week, this month, etc). Then, in the "Name Your Goal" text box, enter the goal's name. For "Create a Leaderboard" select the checkbox if you would like to create a leaderboard or leave it unchecked if you do not wish to create one. Once finished, click the "Add" button if you wish to save the goal.
Write More Notes
If you click the "Write More Notes" link, it will open a web page where you can create a "Write More Notes" goal. The goal is "I want" (either a Company, Manager, User, or Team, etc) to write (X amount) of new notes of type (Any, Phone Call, Voice Mail, Appointments, Cold Call, Concerns, or Emails ) (this week, next week, this month, etc). Then, in the "Name Your Goal" text box, enter the goal's name. For "Create a Leaderboard" select the checkbox if you would like to create a leaderboard or leave it unchecked if you do not wish to create one. Once finished, click the "Add" button if you wish to save the goal.
