In this we have two layout at frontend which is as follow:
- Support Team Ticket ⇒ Layout for support team
- Ticket Listing ⇒ Layout for users
- Dashboard ⇒ Display dashboard of tickets
Step: 1 Go to Administrator and click on "Menus > Add New Menu Item", Now select the Menu Item Type. and you will get an popup as bellow
Here you can select any layout as your wish.
